由湖南省社会科学院社会经济系统工程研究所向元望副研究员和湖南省科学技术委员会政策调研处处长沈为平工程师负责担任的《软科学规划方法与管理》课题于1989年6月8日在长沙通过国家级鉴定。鉴定会由湖南省科委主持召开。国家科学技术委员会政策局局长张登义高级工程师等给鉴定会寄来了书面鉴定意见,湖南省科学技术协会主席、长沙铁道学院副院长、著名数学家侯振挺教授、湖南省社会科学院副院长张萍研究员等十余位专家教授出席了鉴定会。
Hunan Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Socio-economic Systems Engineering Professor Xiang Yuanwang and Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission policy research director Shen Weiping engineer responsible for the “soft science planning method and management” project on June 8, 1989 in Changsha Through the national appraisal. Identification will be chaired by the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission. State Science and Technology Commission policy bureau chief Zhang denied senior engineer to the appraisal will send a written appraisal opinion, chairman of Hunan Province Science and Technology Association, Changsha Railway Institute vice president, famous mathematician Professor Hou Zhenting, vice president of Hunan Academy of Social Sciences Zhang Ping Researchers and more than a dozen experts and professors attended the appraisal meeting.
