高技能人才短缺,已成为制约温州乃至我国经济社会可持续发展的因素之一。通过分析温州高技能人才培养中存在的问题,提出高技能人才培养的对策与建议.以期为温州.乃至整个国家的高技能人才培养提供参考。
The shortage of high-skilled personnel has become one of the factors restricting the sustainable development of Wenzhou and even China's economy and society. By analyzing the existing problems in the training of highly skilled personnel in Wenzhou, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to train highly skilled personnel are put forward in order to provide a reference for the cultivation of highly skilled personnel in Wenzhou and even in the whole country.
