口腔黏膜白斑与扁平苔藓是具有潜在恶变危险的常见口腔疾病。随着年龄的增长 ,两者的癌变率明显增高。本研究的目的是确定甲苯胺蓝和Lugol’s碘液的联合应用比单独应用甲苯胺蓝在口腔癌前病变 (异常增生 )和恶性病损中的应用价值 ,对其应用的敏感性 ;特异性进行研究 ,通过染色可以更加明确口腔恶性病损及异常增生病变的边界 ,在活体组织检查部位的确定上也有帮助。甲苯胺蓝和Lugol’s碘液的联合应用有助于对口腔癌前病变的早期预测和恶性病损的评估
Oral leukoplakia and lichen planus are common oral diseases that are potentially dangerous for malignancies. With age, both the cancer rate was significantly higher. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the combination of toluidine blue and Lugol’s iodine as compared to the use of toluidine blue in oral precancerous lesions (dysplasia) and malignant lesions alone, and its sensitivity to use; the specific Research, through the staining can be more clear oral malignant lesions and the boundaries of abnormal proliferation of lesions in the biopsy site to determine the help is also helpful. The combination of toluidine blue and Lugol’s iodine is helpful in the early prediction of oral precancerous lesions and in the assessment of malignant lesions
