目的 :总结肾盂肾后下唇联合切开治疗肾鹿角状结石的效果。方法 :对采用肾盂肾后下唇联合切开治疗肾鹿角状结石患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 :肾盂肾后下唇联合切开取石 2 2例均较顺利 ,结石最大约 6 .5cm× 4 .2cm× 3.2cm ,术中不需阻断肾动脉 ,不需低温 ,平均出血约 10 0ml,手术时间平均 6 0min。术后均行肾输尿管及膀胱 (KUB)平片检查 ,仅 1例有结石残留 ,长径 0 .8cm。结论 :本术式疗效确切 ,操作简单 ,易掌握 ,出血少
Objective: To summarize the effect of combination of lower lip and pelvis in the treatment of angular detrusor of kidney. Methods: The clinical data of patients with renal deer horn-angle stones treated with lower pelvis and lower lip combined with incision were analyzed. Results: The lower pelvis and lower lip combined with laparotomy in 2 2 cases were smooth and the largest was about 6.5 cm × 4 .2 cm × 3.2 cm. There was no need to block the renal artery during operation, , The average operation time 60min. Postoperative renal ureter and bladder (KUB) plain film examination, only 1 case of residual stones, long diameter 0. 8cm. Conclusion: This technique is effective, simple, easy to grasp, less bleeding
