社区(村)党员干部虽处于党组织的最基层,但却是党和政府方针、路线、重大决策的直接执行者,他们理论素质水平高低直接决定了基层党组织的战斗力,因此,探索新形势下社区(村)党员干部理论教育,对加强基层组织建设存在迫切需要。本文结合社区(村)干部竞聘考试,采取深入基层调查、座谈了解等形式,就社区(村)党员干部理论教育进行了调研和思考,并提出了相关对策。
Although the party members and cadres in the community (village) are at the grassroots level of the party organizations, they are the direct implementers of the party’s and the party’s principles, routes and major decisions.
