针对电传飞控系统上电开关的有无所带来的问题,提出了一种优化的供电保护策略。分析了具有上电开关的电传飞控供电方案的缺点,讨论了基于心理惯性思维的解决方案,基于TRIZ创新思维方法针对取消上电开关所引起的技术矛盾进行了分析,将电传飞控系统用电分为地面与机上两个层次的实施方案。分析表明,所提出的供电保护方案能够大大降低地勤的工作负担、提高系统的可靠性及工作的安全性。
Aiming at the problem brought by the presence or absence of the power switch of the fly-by-wire flight control system, an optimized power supply protection strategy is proposed. The shortcomings of fly-by-wire power supply scheme with power-on switch are analyzed. The solutions based on psychological inertial thinking are discussed. Based on the TRIZ innovative thinking method, the technical contradictions caused by the power-off switch are analyzed. System power is divided into two levels on the ground and the implementation of the program. The analysis shows that the proposed power supply protection scheme can greatly reduce the workload of ground handling and improve the system reliability and work safety.
