随着社会的高速发展,经济交流、文化交流、政治交流等日益全球化,英语已经成为世界各国交流与合作的重要工具之一。特别是在我国加入世贸组织以后,英语教育受到了前所未有的高度重视,英语口语交际在社会交流和英语教学中也显得越来越重要。但是,由于种种原因,当前我们的中学英语口语教学还未受到应有的重视,出现了“聋哑”现象。笔者根据自身的教学实践,对存在的问题作一探讨,并提出相应的解决措施。
With the rapid social development, economic globalization, cultural exchange and political exchange, English has become one of the most important tools for exchanges and cooperation between countries in the world. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, English education has received unprecedented attention. Oral English communication is also becoming more and more important in social communication and English teaching. However, due to various reasons, at present our secondary school English oral teaching has not been given due attention, resulting in the phenomenon of “deaf and dumb”. According to my own teaching practice, the author makes a discussion on the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
