本文陈述了合流排水管道系统分流化的重要意义和实现分流化的困难。作者认为,我国城市如果按照原有排水系统的设计原则进行排水系统的现代化建设,是有可能把原有的合流系统改变为分流系统的。杭州市的具体情况说明这一设想是可行的。
This article describes the importance of diverting the confluent drainage pipe system and the difficulties in achieving diversion. The author believes that if the Chinese city is carrying out the modernization of the drainage system according to the design principles of the original drainage system, it is possible to change the original confluence system to a diversion system. The specific situation in Hangzhou shows that this idea is feasible.
