目的考察河北省涉县境内不同采样点的柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a,d的含量,为柴胡的质量标准提供一定依据。方法采用《中国药典》中柴胡项下柴胡皂苷的含量测定方法,用HPLC法测定不同产地柴胡中柴胡皂苷a,d的含量。结果柴胡皂苷a含量在1.8847~4.6681 mg·g~(-1)范围内,柴胡皂苷d含量在1.8600~6.4988 mg·g-1范围内,二者之和含量在3.8323~10.7973 mg·g~(-1)范围内。结论不同产地的柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a,d的含量差异较大,二者之和含量均高于《中国药典》规定含量,与河北省涉县是柴胡主产区的历史地位相一致。
Objective To investigate the content of saikosaponin a and d in Radix Bupleuri collected from different sampling sites in Shexian County, Hebei Province, and provide some evidences for the quality standard of Radix Bupleuri. Methods The content of saikosaponin in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was determined by HPLC method. The content of saikosaponin a and d in Bupleurum chinense was determined by HPLC. Results The content of saikosaponin a was in the range of 1.8847 ~ 4.6681 mg · g ~ (-1), the content of saikosaponin d was in the range of 1.8600 ~ 6.4988 mg · g-1, and the sum of them was 3.8323 ~ 10.7973 mg · g ~ (-1) range. Conclusions The content of saikosaponin a and d in Bupleurum medicinal materials from different areas is quite different, the content of both is higher than the content of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”, which is consistent with the historical status of the main producing area of Bupleurum in Hebei Province.
