一般以为内部焊接的纵向加劲肋能够提高薄壁中空钢管混凝土柱的结构性能。对36个试件进行试验,其中包括30个带加劲肋和6个不带加劲肋的短柱,以研究不同方法对于这种加劲组合短柱延性性能的改善。这些方法包括:增加加劲肋的高度、在管钢每个面上增加加劲肋的数量、采用锯齿状加劲肋、在加劲肋上焊接滚边或锚条,在混凝土中添加钢纤维。试验发现,在混凝土中添加钢纤维是提高构件延性承载力的最有效方法,同时建筑成本和施工难度也不会明显增加。
It is generally thought that the longitudinal stiffener of internal welding can improve the structural performance of thin-walled hollow steel tube concrete columns. Thirty-six specimens were tested including 30 stiffeners with stiffeners and 6 stiffeners without stiffeners to investigate the improvement of the ductility of these stiffened composite columns by different methods. These methods include increasing the height of the stiffener, increasing the number of stiffeners on each face of the pipe, using jagged stiffeners, welding piping or anchor strips to the stiffeners, and adding steel fibers to the concrete. The test found that adding steel fibers in concrete is the most effective way to improve the ductile bearing capacity of the members, while the construction cost and construction difficulty will not increase obviously.
