加快发展服务业,使其成为国民经济的主导产业是世界各国经济发展的成功之路。从广州市到全国服务业的发展情况和税收情况看,我国服务业发展中还存在规模不大、结构不优、税制不完善、税负不平衡等问题。对各级政府而言,今后要进一步优化产业结构,加快发展服务业、特别是生产性服务业;对税务部门而言,当务之急是要进一步完善扶持服务业发展的税收制度,营造支持服务业发展的税收环境。
To speed up the development of service industry and make it the leading industry of the national economy is the successful way for the economic development of all countries in the world.
