塔式起重机的稳定性是指塔机抵抗由于风载、吊载、动载以及坡度等因素倾覆的影响,并保持整机稳定的能力。保持塔机稳定的条件是,由其自重及压重对倾覆边产生的稳定力矩等于或大于由各项倾翻力对倾覆边的力矩。保持塔机稳定性是进行安全作业的关键。为此,在设计中应对各种工况下的稳定性进行校核;在使用时,由于工程所在地区风载的不同,或塔身高度的增加等,应重新校核稳定性。塔机的稳定性可分为下列三种情况:
The stability of tower cranes refers to tower cranes’ ability to resist overturning due to factors such as wind load, suspended load, dynamic load, and gradient, and to maintain the stability of the whole machine. The condition for maintaining the stability of the tower crane is that the stable moment generated by the overturning edge by its own weight and pressure is equal to or greater than the moment caused by the various tilting forces. Maintaining tower crane stability is the key to safe operation. For this reason, in the design, the stability under various working conditions shall be checked; when it is used, the stability shall be re-checked due to the different wind loads in the area where the project is located or the height of the tower body.
