信访工作是党和政府联系人民群众的桥梁和纽带,是了解社情民意的窗口,人民群众可以通过信访渠道反映诉求,寻求权利救济。本文指出信访总量的高位运行使得信访形势依然严峻,将法律援助引入信访工作,引导信访分流,探索建立一套长效机制充分利用我国现有的法律资源,进行普法教育,减轻政府压力,维护群众合法权益。
