有机磷农药对于机体胆碱酯酶的抑制作用为一般公认,其对于机体各器官的影响,也有不少的研究成績发表。其中对于主要解毒器官的肝脏的影响,存在着不同的主张。例如鈴木氏用E605乳剂給与家兔及小白鼠,发現肝脏功能及病理組織像均有改变。对于肝功能,采用了尿阻元定量法,酚四溴酜钠试验法及馬尿酸合成試驗进行观察,发現了肝功能异常的結果;在病理組織像方面,看到了肝脏內广范围的类圆形坏死灶,古利孙氏鞘有小圆形細胞浸潤,并有一般性充血的傾向。但是木村氏則根据37例临床病例及动物实驗結果,沒有发現肝脏肿胀的情况,肝功能亦未呈現明显变化,仅由酚四溴酜鈉试验发現极輕微的变化,并主张中毒的程度与肝功能之間无并行关系,血清胆碱酯酶与肝功能之間也沒有并行关系。
