党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央提出“四个全面”战略布局。在“四个全面”战略布局中,全面从严治党是根本保障。推进全面从严治党,关键是加强党的纪律建设,以严的纪律、严的规矩要求全党,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性。习近平总书记多次强调要加强纪律建设,把守纪律、讲规矩摆在更加重要的位置。中央纪委书记王岐山同志也反复要求把纪律挺在前面,挺在党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争
