教师节前夕,胡锦涛总书记在全国优秀教师代表座谈会上发表重要讲话,强调“要特别重视农村教师队伍建设,千方百计帮助农村教师排忧解难”;要“完善教师医疗、养老、住房等社会保障”。为改善中小学农村教师生活条件,我省各县(市、区)教育行政部门积极谋划和运作,努力争取县委、县政府的大力支持,启动和推进了农村中小学教师住房建设工作,目前已经取得了一定的成效。在日前召开的全省中小学教师住房建设工作现场会上,本刊记者采访了省教育厅巡视员韩清林——
