中职学生普遍在学习和生活中缺乏自信心,导致自我评价低,对未来预期不良,精神状态也不良,这不仅不利于学校管理工作,而且还会造成更为严重的心理和行为问题,严重影响学生心理与人格的健康发展。中职德育工作面临着的艰巨性、教育观直接影响教师的教育行为。中职教师必须在教育过程中树立科学发展观,用发展和肯定的眼光来看待中职学生,让中职学生生活在希望之中。只有这样,中职德育工作才会具有实效性。
