党的十六届四中全会明确提出:“加大在新经济组织、新社会组织中建立党组织的工作力度,探索党组织和党员发挥作用的方法和途径。”这为新形势下加强非公企业党的建设提出了新的更高的要求,指明了前进的方向。近年来我省大力实施非公企业党建“三覆盖”建设,非公企业建党组织数突破5500大关,占应建数的94%以上。但整个非公企业党建工作与十六届四中全会的要求还存在较大差距,加强非公企业党建工作的任务还十分繁重。加强和整体推进非公企业党的建设,重在抓典型、抓关键。为树立非公企业主抓党建的典型,营造业主支持党建、重视党建的浓厚氛围,我们开办了“非公企业之友”专栏,将对各地重视党建工作的业主典型进行系列报道,供各地和相关企业学习借鉴。———编者
