对含有I型裂纹的SM490A试样,使用声发射仪检测了拉伸断裂过程中的塑性变形和断裂过程。通过声发射特征参数分析了裂纹尖端和塑性变形区域的力学特征。结果表明:用CCD图像来研究裂纹断裂过程中不同阶段的声发射信号是可行的,在断裂过程中含裂纹的SM490A试样在高速断裂时R方向与T方向试件产生的声发射信号之间的差异比低速断裂时的小。
For SM490A specimens containing Type I cracks, plastic deformation and fracture processes during tensile fracture were examined using an acoustic emitter. The mechanical characteristics of crack tip and plastic deformation zone are analyzed by acoustic emission characteristic parameters. The results show that it is feasible to study the AE signals at different stages in the process of crack initiation by using CCD images. Between the cracked SM490A sample during the high-speed fracture and the acoustic emission signal generated by the T-specimen The difference is smaller than when low-speed fracture.
