进入21世纪以来,欧美国家对环境保护、节能减排等工作的重视程度越来越高。靠港船舶使用岸电系统供电,可作为减少海洋污染、港口环境污染问题的一项重要技术,已在国外一些港口实际应用。本文主要针对阿拉斯加的海洋保护进行阐述,围绕阿拉斯加水域特征、污染排放情况提出保护措施,主要是岸电的实施以及石油天然气租赁的取消。
Since entering the 21st century, Europe and the United States have attached more and more importance to environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction. The use of shore power system by ships on the port can be used as an important technology to reduce marine pollution and harbor environmental pollution and has been put into practical application in some foreign ports. This paper mainly elaborates on the marine protection in Alaska, and puts forward protective measures on the features and pollution discharge of Alaska waters, mainly the implementation of shore power and the cancellation of oil and natural gas leasing.
