前文已报导黄花夾竹桃叶对猫的強心作用、效价及毒性,今将黄花夾竹桃叶对蛙心和兔心的作用,猫心电图記录,灌胃給药后在猫、犬身上引起的作用以及对于数种温血动物子宮、腸管的影响等药理实驗結果整理如下,作为前文的补充报告。材料春夏間雨后采摘清洁的成熟叶片,在烈日下曝干(或置电干燥箱內在50℃以下烘干),研細,过80号銅篩,按中国药典制成10％酊剂,置冰箱中,临用时依法将其中乙醇蒸去,約剩原容量的1/3,再加蒸馏水配成所需的浓度。实驗动物有虎紋蛙(Rana tigrina Rugulosa)、大白鼠(北京协和种)、家兔、猫、犬及豚
