目的:研究自然干旱胁迫对川白芷叶生长盛期各器官生物量积累及分配的影响,并探讨川白芷叶生长盛期各器官生物量对不同干旱胁迫的响应规律。方法:以川白芷叶生长盛期为实验材料,采用自然干旱条件处理,测算根、叶、叶柄、地上部分生物量及根生物量比、叶生物量比、叶柄生物量比、根冠比等指标。结果:轻度干旱胁迫有利于各器官生物量的积累,中度、重度干旱胁迫不利于各器官生物量的积累;轻度、中度干旱胁迫有利于川白芷叶生长盛期生物量向根部转移,重度干旱胁迫不利于川白芷叶生长盛期生物量向根部转移。结论:川白芷在叶生长盛期进行适当干旱处理,有利于提高根生物量的分配比值,有利于提高川白芷的药材产量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of natural drought stress on biomass accumulation and distribution in various organs during the peak growth period of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and to explore the response of biomass of each organ to the different drought stress during its peak growth. Methods: The growth of Chuan baizhi leaf was used as the experimental material. The treatment of natural drought was used to calculate the biomass, root biomass ratio, leaf biomass ratio, petiole biomass ratio, root / shoot ratio index. Results: Mild drought stress was conducive to the accumulation of biomass in various organs. Moderate and severe drought stress was not conducive to the accumulation of biomass in various organs. Mild and moderate drought stress was conducive to the biomass transfer to the roots during the growth of P. chuanzaki , Severe drought stress is not conducive to the growth of Chuan Angelica leaf growth to the root mass transfer. Conclusion: Angelica dahurica is suitable for drought treatment in the peak of leaf growth, which is beneficial to improve the distribution ratio of root biomass and is beneficial to increase the yield of Radix Angelicae sinensis.
