本文利用计算机模拟的方法研究了在交变载荷作用下有源位错群的动力学特性。计算结果表明,在交变载荷作用下有源位错群的滑移运动是不可逆的。经过每次应力循环后,位错群并不能恢复到原来的状态,位错群中仍残存ΔN个位错,领先位错距源仍有Δx_1距离。得出了ΔN、Δx_1与应力幅(τ)、应力周期(T)和应力循环次数的关系。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of active dislocation groups under alternating load are studied by computer simulation. The calculation results show that the sliding motion of the active dislocation group is irreversible under the alternating load. After each stress cycle, the dislocation group can not be restored to the original state. There are still ΔN dislocations in the dislocation group, and the leading dislocation distance source still has Δx_1 distance. The relationship between ΔN, Δx_1 and the stress amplitude (τ), the stress period (T) and the number of stress cycles is obtained.
