随着经济体制的改革与深化,不仅学校毕业生选择职业的机会越来越多,就业人员的流动机会也越来越多。怎样从为数众多的可能性中为自己选择职业?怎样帮助自己的子女或自己的学生选择职业?人们越来越经常地面临这类问题。职业选择影响到一个人的一生,应该尽可能地建立在更合理的基础之上,应该尽可能地避免盲目性。在进行职业选择时,应该考虑自己的能力特长、兴趣爱好、性格特征、价值取向和社会需要等因素。
