用气液两相稳定法对Fe超微粒表面进行了稳定化处理。试验结果表明,在空气中温度低于150℃时,用气液两相稳定法处理的Fe超微粒比用气相稳定法处理的Fe超微粒更稳定,饱和磁化强度更高。这是因为气液两相稳定法稳定化处理后在Fe超微粒表面形成了氧化层和有机层双层结构。
The surface of Fe ultrafine particles was stabilized by gas-liquid two-phase stabilization. The experimental results show that when the air temperature is lower than 150 ℃, the Fe ultrafine particles treated by the gas-liquid two-phase stabilization method are more stable and have higher saturation magnetization than the Fe ultrafine particles treated by the gas-phase stabilization method. This is because the gas-liquid two-phase stabilization method forms a double-layer structure of oxide layer and organic layer on the surface of Fe ultrafine particles.
