Y 541-115型静液压封隔器是一种用于定向井和丛式井的新型封隔器,同时也可用于直井。该封隔器于1987年5月4日～5月6日通过石油部鉴定。为适应定向井生产的需要,大港油田采油工艺研究所参考国外定向井封隔器的成功经验,于1984年5月开始了Y 541-115型静液压封隔器的研制,1985年6月投入现场试验。在6口斜井和6口直井上进行了试油、卡水、分层采油、分层注水及气举采油等工艺试验。斜井成功率为83.8%,直井成功率为100%,综合成功率为91.67%。最长使用时间达23个月,最大使用深度为3 017米,最大井斜38度。实践证明该封隔器灵活好用,密封可靠。
The Model Y 541-115 hydrostatic packer is a new packer for directional and cluster wells and can also be used for vertical wells.
