目的探讨吗啡输注泵置入蛛网膜下腔治疗晚期癌痛的护理措施。方法对2009-03-2009-12间5例晚期癌痛患者吗啡输注泵置入蛛网膜下腔术的术前术后护理,提高生存质量。结果 5例患者疼痛明显缓解,未发生严重吗啡药物不良反应,顺利出院。结论吗啡输注泵置入蛛网膜下腔治疗晚期癌痛是一种有效安全的新方法,护理工作在患者的恢复中起着关键作用。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures of morphine infusion pump into subarachnoid space for the treatment of advanced cancer pain. Methods Preoperative and postoperative nursing care was given to 5 cases of morphine infusion pump in patients with advanced cancer pain from March 2009 to December 2009 with improved quality of life. Results The pain of 5 patients was relieved obviously. There was no adverse reaction of morphine drug and the patients were discharged smoothly. Conclusion Morphine infusion pump into the subarachnoid space for the treatment of advanced cancer pain is a new method of effective and safe, nursing work in the recovery of patients plays a key role.
