各省、自治区、直辖市药品监督管理局: 遵循化学药品地方标准品种再评价工作的原则、程序和要求,现公布第三批停止使用的化学药品地标品种名单(见附件)。本通知公布停止使用的化学药品地标品种,由所在地省、自治区、直辖市药品监督管理局撤销其批准文号。已在市场上流通的品种,由生产企业在6个月内自行收回销毁。请各省、自治区、直辖市药品监督管理局监督执行。
The drug regulatory authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government follow the principles, procedures and requirements for the re-evaluation of varieties of local standards for chemical products. The list of the third batch of chemical landmark landmarks that have ceased to be used is hereby announced (see Annex). This Circular announces the stoppage of the use of chemical landmarks, withdrawal by the drug regulatory authority of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government where the drug is approved. Varieties that have been circulated in the market shall be recovered and destroyed by the manufacturer within 6 months.
