20世纪六十年代初,在我国石油工业发生历史性转变的时刻,原石油部领导,远见卓识地将我国首批国产计算机引入到石油工业的前沿阵地——大庆油田。从那时起,电子计算机就与石油工业结下了不解之缘。石油工业的发展哺育了石油计算机应用技术的成长和壮大,而计算机应用技术的发展又有力地推动了石油工业。显而易见,计算机信息技术是影响石油工业发展的关键技术。1982年,在西方国家对我国实行技术封锁和提出苛刻条件的时候,康世恩国务委员和石油部领导,断然决定与国防大学合作研制“银河地震数据处理系统”。经过四年多的协同攻关,基本建成了这一系统。使我国石油工为进入了巨型机的时代,揭开了我国石油工业计算机应用新的一页。到九十年代初,计算机已成燎原之势在整个石油工业系
In the early 1960s, at a time when the petroleum industry in our country was undergoing a historic shift, the former leader of the Ministry of Petroleum foresightedly introduced the first batch of domestically produced computers of our country into the forefront of the oil industry, the Daqing Oilfield.
