2007～2009年度,新密市共有9座小型水库除险加固工程列入省市计划,其中:云岩宫、曹马沟、张湾、禹寨、红石峡等5座小型水库除险加固工程已进入实施阶段。根据郑州市人民政府常务会议关于市级财政拿出应配套资金总额的60%,其余由县(市)区财政进行配套的要求,该市5座小型水库除险加固工程总投资4365万元,其中:中央财政专项补助资金1350万元,省级财政补助资金675万元,郑州市财政配套资金1404万元,需本市财政配套资金936页元。
