在大修C 3025回轮式六角车床时,要求转盘上的12个孔的轴线分别对主轴回转中心同轴度公差0.02毫米。我们采用了在主轴上安装镗杆进行镗削,分别加工转盘上的各孔。镗削完后,检测其同轴度误差时,我们将百分表座架固定在主轴上进行测量,在被测孔相互垂直位置上,四点的读数分别为:d=0.01。上述结果,可明显看出是由于测量误差所产生的不正确结果。根分析,主要是因为表杆太长,测量过程发生变形而产生测量误差所致。我
