1993年6月,天津市汉沽公安分局刑警队经过缜密侦察,查获以李月岭、李月山二兄弟为首的5人盗窃团伙。经初步审查,该团伙自1989年以来,先后在河北省沧州、石家庄,山东省德州和北京、天津等地盗窃作案35起,其中大案21起,窃得彩电、录像机、收录机、摩托车、衣物、现金等价值12万元。剖析李月岭盗窃团伙的作案经历,对我们认识当前团伙盗窃犯罪活动的规律和特点,分析盗窃犯罪活动的趋势,研究打击盗窃犯罪活动对策,是非常有益的。团伙结构紧密,带有集团性质该团伙5名成员,年龄最大的27岁,最小的20岁。主犯李月岭(男,27岁)系河北省沧州市鞠官屯乡综官屯村人,捕前在某部任排长;成员李月山(男,24岁)为沧州市十三化建工人,系李月岭同胞兄弟;成员李振林(男,22岁)与李氏兄弟同乡同村,和李月山同在一单位工作,是李氏兄弟的亲侄子;
