为了进一步培养提高现有地、县水土保持技术干部的科学技术水平,省水利厅于八月二十六日至九月二十八日,举办了第二期水土保持技术干部培训班。参加学习的共有八个地(市)五十五个县的七十名学员。这次培训班在水利厅党委重视下,挑选了有理论水平和实践经验的科技人员担任教学工作,事前进行了认真备课,并在第一期训练教材的基础上,充实了新内容。培训班地点选在水土流失严重的离石县省水土保持研究所,结合三川河流域综合治理经验和省水保研究所的科学试验活动进行教学。这样看有施工现场,学有治理样板,实习有仪器
In order to further cultivate and improve the scientific and technological level of technical cadres for soil and water conservation in existing prefectures and counties, the Provincial Department of Water Resources held the second training course for soil and water conservation technicians from August 26 to September 28.
