本文认为， 我国政府近两年一直以刺激内需作为发展经济的重要手段， 但收效甚微。针对这种现象， 作者指出， 刺激内需应注意６ 方面问题：（１） 切实提高居民收入水平； （２） 注意加大产业结构调整力度； （３） 注意消费市场的梯度开发；（４） 政府应培养理性的生产者及消费者预期； （５）注意诸多政策的协调运用及合力效应； （６） 注意加快乡村城镇化的发展进程， 实现 “小城镇， 大战略” 计划
This article argues that our government has been using stimulating domestic demand as an important means of economic development for the past two years with little success. In response to this phenomenon, the author pointed out that to stimulate domestic demand should pay attention to six aspects: (1) to effectively raise the level of household income; (2) pay attention to increase the intensity of industrial restructuring; (3) pay attention to the gradient development of consumer markets; (4) government (5) pay attention to the coordinated use of many policies and synergies; (6) pay attention to speeding up the process of rural urbanization and realizing the “small town and grand strategy” plan
