氯乙烯为合成聚氯乙烯,制造聚氯乙烯塑料的单体。1974年Creech首先报道了氯乙烯肝血管肉瘤的病例,至今全世界已有102例。国外一些流行病学调查提示氯乙烯还可引起脑瘤、肺癌和肝癌等。我国1958年开始生产氯乙烯,至目前为止在临床和流行病学调查中未见有氯乙烯所致肝血管肉瘤报道。为进一步探索氯乙烯职业肿瘤问题,我们对上海天原化工厂接触氯乙烯作业工人进行了回顾性调查。
Vinyl chloride is a synthetic polyvinyl chloride, PVC monomer. In 1974, Creech first reported the cases of VCV Hepatic Sarcoma, up to now there are 102 cases in the world. Some foreign epidemiological studies suggest that vinyl chloride can also cause brain tumors, lung cancer and liver cancer. China started production of vinyl chloride in 1958, and up to now, no clinical reports and epidemiological reports of hepatic angiosarcoma caused by vinyl chloride have been reported. To further explore the problem of occupational vinyl chloride tumor, we conducted a retrospective survey of workers exposed to vinyl chloride in Shanghai Tianyuan Chemical Plant.
