本文对国外70—80年代介绍的 DVCCS 以及由 DVCCS 实现的浮地电感进行了理论推证,并首次成功地用国产分立元件完成了浮地电感的模拟实验。本文主要分两部分:理论部分:对 DVCCS 进行了理论分析,并对由 DVCCS 实现的浮地电感进行了 Y 参数推证。实验部分主要介绍由国产分立元件模拟 DVCCS 进行测试的各种数据及曲线;以及由此 DVCCS 构成浮地电感的测试调整及 L~f 特性;最后介绍由该浮地电感组成柯尔型低通滤波器的α~f 特性,Q~f 特性及温度实验特性等。
In this paper, the theory of DVCCS introduced in foreign countries from 1970s to 1980s and the floating inductance implemented by DVCCS are deduced. The simulation experiment of floating inductance is completed successfully by domestic discrete components for the first time. This paper is divided into two parts: The theoretical part: a theoretical analysis of the DVCCS, and conducted by the DVCCS floating inductor inductance Y parameters. The experimental part introduces various data and curves tested by the domestic discrete component simulation DVCCS; and the test adjustment and L ~ f characteristics of the floating inductance formed by the DVCCS; and finally introduces the Cole type low-pass filter composed of the floating inductance Α ~ f characteristics of the device, Q ~ f characteristics and temperature experimental characteristics.
