目的了解气管切开术后患者肺部感染病原菌分布,探讨预防护理措施。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院38例气管切开术后并发肺部感染的患者标本病原菌分布进行了调查与分析。结果 38例肺部感染患者均实施了气管切开术后机械通气,从患者呼吸道标本中共培养出病原菌16种72株,其中革兰阴性杆菌占68.06%,革兰阳性球菌占30.56%,检出1株真菌。结论气管切开术后实施机械通气,造成气道开放,增加了细菌感染机率,其病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主。
Objective To understand the distribution of pathogens in patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy and to explore the preventive measures. Methods By retrospective investigation, the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in 38 specimens of patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy in a hospital was investigated and analyzed. Results Thirty-eight patients with pulmonary infection underwent mechanical ventilation after tracheotomy. A total of 72 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured from the respiratory specimens of patients. Among them, Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 68.06% and Gram-positive cocci accounted for 30.56% 1 strain of fungi. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation after tracheotomy results in airway opening, which increases the probability of bacterial infection. Gram-negative bacilli are the main pathogenic bacteria.
