教育实习意义重大,它在师范生的教育体系中具有不可替代的重大作用。而教育实习的效果在很大程度上直接影响着师范院校的人才培养质量。本文通过分析我院2010年教育实习现状,发现了一些问题,并提出了相应的对策。
Educational practice is of great significance and plays an irreplaceable and important role in the education system of normal students. The effect of educational internship directly affects the quality of personnel training in normal universities to a large extent. In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of education intern in our hospital in 2010, we found some problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
