当前,在职业教育大发展的背景下,办学理念、师资力量、财政投入、教材、专业设置、教学实验与实训条件等方面成为严重制约中等职业学校教育质量的主要因素。要提高中等职业学校教育质量,必须采取树立科学发展观、强化师资队伍建设、加大投入力度、科学合理地设置专业、进行教材改革与建设、搞好实训基地建设等措施。
At present, under the background of the great development of vocational education, the main factors restricting the quality of secondary vocational school education are the concepts of running a school, teachers’ ability, financial input, teaching materials, professional settings, teaching experiment and training conditions. To improve the quality of secondary vocational school education, we must take the scientific outlook on development, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, increase investment, set up scientific and rational professional, teaching material reform and construction, and do a good job training base construction and other measures.
