我厂5CrMnMo钢制的各种工具在热处理时一直存在着氧化脱碳问题。曾采用过木炭保护,但效果不佳,寿命低,甚至影响我厂生产。为了解决这一关键,车间组成了三结合小组,试验成功了用热涂硼酸的方法,来防止工件氧化脱碳。其工艺为:把工件放入850℃的炉中,预热15~20分钟,这时工件表面温度达400~500℃,取出工件,放入硼酸槽内滚涂上一层均匀的硼酸。待涂在工件
