我院1986年3月至4月间,对16例脊髓灰质炎后遗臀肌瘫痪患者进行了肌替代术治疗,取得较满意的疗效,报告如下:临床资料男性7例,女性9例,年龄6～26岁,平均17.6岁。病损情况:11例臀大肌、臀中肌均瘫痪,肌力O～Ⅰ级;另5例臀大肌肌力Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,臀中肌肌力O级。术前不能行走者2例,扶双拐3例,扶单拐2例,跛行9例。手术方式:采用骶棘肌、背阔肌及髂胫束联合代
My hospital from March 1986 to April, 16 cases of polio post-gluteal muscle paralysis in patients with muscle replacement therapy, and achieved more satisfactory results, the report is as follows: Clinical data of 7 males and 9 females, age 6 ~ 26 years old, average 17.6 years old.
