观察复方东莨菪碱注射液对小鼠及大鼠电、声、化学刺激三种惊厥模型的影响。结果表明:复方东莨菪碱注射液大、中、小剂量组对电惊厥,三种化学性惊厥均有对抗作用且可降低动物死亡率,三剂量组和阳性对照组的差异无显著性;对士的宁增敏的大鼠听源性惊厥有明显的对抗作用,阳性对照组和大、中剂量组的作用差异无显著性,但优于小剂量组。结果提示:复方东莨菪碱注射液为一有效抗惊厥药物。
To observe the effect of compound scopolamine injection on three kinds of convulsions model mice: electroacoustic and chemical stimulation. The results showed that: compound scopolamine injection of large, medium and small doses of electroconvulsive seizures, three chemical seizures have antagonistic effects and reduce animal mortality, the three dose groups and positive control group no significant difference; Ning Zeng-sensitivity of rats with obtrusive convulsions obvious antagonism, the positive control group and large and medium dose group no significant difference in the role, but better than the low-dose group. The results suggest that compound scopolamine injection is an effective anticonvulsant.
