今年6——7月间,湖北省“十五”计划编制工作领导小组两次发布课题招标通告。8月5日,湖北省社会科学院在28家投标单位中脱颖而出,中标《湖北省“十五”计划及十五年规划基本思路》项目,并与湖北省“十五”计划编制工作领导小组签订委托合同。我院承接该项目的直接意义有三个:一是在此类课题的第一次社会公开招标中中标,体现了我院的科研实力和地位;二是承接如此贴近现实
From June to July this year, the Leading Group for the preparation of the 10th Five-year Plan of Hubei Province twice issued a notice of the tender for the subject. On August 5, Hubei Academy of Social Sciences stood out in 28 bidders and won the bid for the “10th Five-Year Plan” of Hubei Province and the Basic Train of Thought for 15-Year Plan "and signed a contract with the Leading Group of Hubei Province for the Tenth Five-Year Plan Commission contract.
