莫斯科大学的研究人员研制出一种新型高分子复合材料,该材料相对于同类材料拥有良好的耐热性,且生产技术及成本具有较好的市场应用性。目前,莫斯科大学合成的该系列材料正在巴拉诺夫中央航空发动机制造研究所、喀山图波列夫国家研究技术大学以及其它俄航空工业机构进行测试。在莫斯科大学研制出该系列耐热高分子复合材料之前,科学界普遍认为复合材料最高能承受的温度为250摄氏度。但莫斯科大学研制出的复合材料经测试耐受了450摄氏度的高温,其强度超过了航空铝及钛金属材料。
Researchers at Moscow State University developed a new type of polymer composite material, which has good heat resistance relative to the same kind of material, and has good market applicability in production technology and cost. At present, the series of materials synthesized by the University of Moscow are being tested at Baranov Central Aero-Engine Manufacturing Institute, Kazan Tupolev National Research and Technology University and other Russian aviation industry institutions. Before the University of Moscow developed the series of heat-resistant polymer composites, the scientific community generally agreed that the maximum composite material can withstand temperatures of 250 degrees Celsius. However, the composite materials developed by the University of Moscow have been tested to withstand temperatures of 450 degrees Celsius, its strength exceeds the aviation aluminum and titanium materials.
