近几年,随着金融事业的发展,人民银行干部队伍迅速扩大。为了使新入行干部能从思想、业务上迅速适应金融事业发展的需要,几年来,人民银行湘潭分行花气力抓上岗前教育,采取“三抓三把关”的做法,收到显著效果。该行1985年以来新入行110多名干部,经过岗前教育均很快入门,绝大多数胜任本职,不少已成为政治、业务骨干;先后有13人入党、25人走上各级领导岗位;14人评上中级以上职称,59人获得初级职称;仅1988、1989两年,该行干部在省级以上报刊发表文章106篇,其中近百篇为新入
In recent years, with the development of the financial industry, the ranks of cadres of the People’s Bank of China have rapidly expanded. In order to enable newly-started cadres to quickly adapt themselves to the needs of financial development in the past few years, the PBC Xiangtan Branch took the painstaking efforts to pre-job education and adopted the principle of “three grasping three checks” and receiving remarkable results. Since its establishment in 1985, the bank has introduced more than 110 new cadres. After pre-service education, most of them are qualified for their jobs. Many of them have become political and business leaders. Thirteen have joined the party and 25 have taken leadership positions at all levels ; 14 people appraised middle-grade or above titles and 59 people gained junior titles; only in 1988 and 1989, cadres of the bank published 106 articles in newspapers and periodicals above the provincial level, of which nearly a hundred were new entrants
