金厂峪金矿氰化厂采用氰化钠浸出金,贫液经诤化后仍然含全氰15~30(毫克/升),达不到国家规定的排放标准。1979年9月改进了净化工艺,获得满意的结果,总氰降到0.5(毫克/升)以下。改进含氰污水净化工艺的措施包括: 1.将加石灰粉改为加石灰乳。2.由于贫液成分复杂,重金属含量高(见下表),所以,将一次液氯处理改为多次液氯处理。3.使用50F-40型耐腐蚀离心泵,保证加氯机的进水压力为3(公斤/厘米~2)。4.反应池两根进液管给液改成切线方向。试验按下述程序进行。先测污水含氰量,算出该给入的氯量和石灰量,石灰在搅拌槽中用贫液调成石灰乳,再加入混匀池中,经空气搅拌均匀后,
