700旋回破碎机是一些大中型矿山的粗碎工序的关键设备。其主轴属于非正常消耗的事故备件。某矿选矿车间在三天内出了两次主轴折断的重大事故,造成备件供不应求的局面。我们采取接轴措施,使断轴复活,解决了生产的急需。现将接轴工艺介绍如下: (一)主轴断裂情况由于大块金属钢件进入旋回破碎机,一般造成主轴与锥体结合部断裂。观察断裂面发现,既有疲劳断面也有过载断裂的状况。断裂面的部位如图1所示。主轴材质为45号锻钢,
