自从我国加入了WTO以来,国内建设蓬勃发展,电力工程建设更是无处不在,有工程建设的地方就会有电力工程的影子,但是随着电力工程工作在全国各地全面展开,影响电力工程顺利进行的弊端也展现了出来,这主要体现在两个方面:工程前期的招投标和工程后期的索赔问题。本文主要以国际电力工程建设准则为依托,结合中国国情全面展开分析。从根本上找出这两大弊端存在的原因,研究得出遏制两大弊端存在的办法,让国内电力工程项目建设能够顺利的进行。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, domestic construction has been booming, and power engineering construction has become more ubiquitous. There will be shadows of power projects in places where projects are built, but with the development of power engineering in all parts of the country, it will affect the smoothness of power projects. The malpractices carried out are also revealed. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: the tendering and bidding of the early stage of the project and the claim of the later stage of the project. This article mainly relies on the international power engineering construction guidelines and comprehensive analysis of China’s national conditions. Fundamentally find out the reasons for the existence of these two major drawbacks, and study how to curb the existence of two major drawbacks, so that the domestic power engineering project construction can be carried out smoothly.
