苯乙醇酸具有较强的抑菌作用,同时也是临床上许多药物的重要合成中间体。大量用于医药工业及有机合成,在分析化学方面也有重要的作用。本实验用苯甲醛、三氯甲烷合成了苯乙醇酸。实验考察了苯甲醛和三氯甲烷的摩尔比、反应时间、相转移催化剂用量等因素对产率的影响。实验结果表明,苯乙醇酸的合成较优反应条件为:苯甲醛5.6 mL,三氯甲烷10mL(苯甲醛与三氯甲烷的摩尔比为1:2),用相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵0.8 g,控制反应的时间为75min。合成苦杏仁酸的产率达到86.23%。
Mandelic acid has a strong antibacterial effect, but also many clinically important drug synthesis intermediates. A large number for the pharmaceutical industry and organic synthesis, in analytical chemistry also has an important role. In this experiment, benzaldehyde and trichloromethane were synthesized. The effects of the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to chloroform, the reaction time and the amount of phase transfer catalyst on the yield were investigated experimentally. The experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of mandelic acid were as follows: benzaldehyde 5.6 mL, chloroform 10 mL (the molar ratio of benzaldehyde and chloroform was 1: 2), and the phase transfer catalyst cetyltrimethylammonium bromide Ammonium bromide 0.8 g, the reaction time was controlled 75min. The yield of synthetic mandelic acid reached 86.23%.
