山东省暨济南市2002年大中专毕业生就业双选大会日前在济南市举行。来自全省17地市以及省外总计600余家用人单位入场招聘,近3万名各地大中专毕业生入场参加双选,12000余人与用人单位达成初步意向。综观本次大会,有以下五个特点:一、就业形势好于往年,机关、事业、国企成为亮点。本次双选会提供就业岗位近6000个。随着党政机关机构改革结束、产业结构优化、调整。特别是我国加入 WTO 后,用人单位人才竞争、人才储备意识愈来愈强,本次大会上,机关、国有企事业单位需求开始上升,占到了单位总数的30%,部分高新技术企业需求也大幅增长,比例超过了20%,济南高新区人才交流中心为区内高新企业招聘500人,接待咨询超过5000人,成为本次双选大会的亮点,吸引了众多毕业生驻足。济南市委组织部选调100名大学毕业生,报名人数超过了500人。
